Donegal Thatch Cottage

Paddys thatched cottage is a recently renovated property built circa 1880 set on 7 acres of farmland & still retains the original features/character including the internal exposed stone wall & large fireplace making it very cosy. This area is very popular for trail walking in the hills or the purpose built walkways. Outdoor activities are plentiful such as kayaking, sea swimming, guided rock climbing & golfing. If the weather doesn't permit you can always light the stove & put the feet up.

The ⁠Fireside Library

Nestled in the serene countryside of County Donegal, our cozy retreat offers a unique blend of history, nature and comfort. Inch Island is known for its stunning, peaceful nature and renowned bird watching. Our property dates back to the 1600s when it operated as a farm. Our basement library is a book lover’s dream, featuring an extensive collection of books both old and new. There are also board games and large collection of DVD´S with a TV in the bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Tory Island Árasán Bhalor

Situated 9 miles from Northwest Donegal with a regular ferry service. Tory Island or Toraigh is an island of mystery and antiquity off the northern tip of Donegal. Interesting historical sites include a round tower that once protected monks from Viking raids, the ruins of St Colmcille’s 6th century monastery and the intriguing Tau Cross that suggests early seafaring links to the Coptic Christians of Egypt. The island also boasts an abundance of rare bird life and wild flower species.

Perched on the edge of a tranquil harbour, this bungalow boasts wraparound vistas of the sea and Arranmore Island. Sliding glass doors open the lounge-diner onto the terrace where you can step outside and take in the coastal setting. The location is quiet and secluded and yet still just a short, scenic walk from the town of Burtonport.

This tastefully restored formed Sheep Farmer's cottage is ideal base for your visit to Donegal. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside the village of Kilcar with Sleive League to the West and Killybegs and Donegal town to the south. This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.

Situated in the heart of the Gaeltacht on Loch Fhada lake in Loughanoran (Loch na nDeorán), Annagry, with beautiful views of the lake and Errigal mountain. A central location, approximately 10 minutes from Gweedore/Dungloe/Carrickfinn Blue Flag Beach. Suitable for 2 guests. No pets allowed.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
