This is one of the few Single Family Homes in the Community and boasts 2170 square feet featuring 2 huge wrap around porches, additional large separate deck and plenty of space to relax. Two private beach entrances are only steps away! We are only a few hundred yards from the famous Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grille, and all the amenities in the North Tybee area! We welcome guests with the booking person at least 25 years old or up.

The Hidden Pearl Cottage, Tybee Island, Georgia

Cozy Cottage near the Beach! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. For your pleasure, enjoy epic ocean views from the brand new balcony hot tub! Watch the sunrise and ships go by from your private oasis, or take 47 steps and watch them from the beach! BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Whimsical, 1940s Cottage 4 blocks to the Ocean!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!

This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit at The Barracks on Tybee overlooks Jaycee park and features soaring ceilings, seasonally heated pool, professional kitchen with marble counters, and front porch rockers for ultimate beach vibes and relaxation. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.
