Hidden deep within the Dyfi Forest on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park is our unique, off grid cabin. With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Nestled in the little Welsh village of Bryncrug within The Snowdonia National Park and down the end of a working farm track, The Old Bakery is only minutes drive from beaches, rivers, lakes, waterfalls and of course incredible mountains. And the star gazing is magical! Attached to our family home but with your own private entrance, newly fenced decking area, garden area and covered hot tub. Come and stay in our unique and romantic country cabin and enjoy the stunning views. Located in West Wales (10 minutes from seaside town, Aberystwyth), It’s a short walk from a traditional welsh country village, which has the amazing award winning gastro pub - Y Ffarmers. Just to notify, there is a 150 meter walk from the car to the cabin including steps, but we are happy to help with luggage if needed.

Private Shepherds Hut with Hot Tub

‘Cut Y Barwn’ is a private Shepherds Hut located on the Southern edge of Snowdonia National Park. Situated just off the A458, 3 miles before Mallwyd and 8 minutes drive to Dinas Mawddwy, the hut has private access, parking, and farmland valley views. Our electricity is sourced through hydro power and our wood is from wind-fallen trees on the farm. We are dog friendly!
