Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Castle Hill Studio

Castle Hill Studio has everything you need after a day exploring the nearby Ski fields, Craigieburn trails, Cave Stream, and Kura Tawhiti Rocks from your doorstep! Secluded, spacious, and with a full kitchen, the Studio has its own private entry and patio area. Secure bike or ski storage is available by arrangement. New Black Diamond Mondo bouldering mats are available for our climbing guests to hire. While the studio is spacious, it is best suited to 2 singles or 1 couple with young children.

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This secluded hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Cass cottage 2

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located in the serene small settlement of Cass in the Cass Caravan Park amongst the majestic Alps. This newly built cottage has everything you need to self cater and have a good nights rest. Surrounded by hiking trails and lake walks there is plenty to do in the area. Complimentary Chip and Putt golf course also available. Free range eggs from the chickens next door are for sale. The perfect place to take a break as no wifi is available.

Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Set on 750 acres of prime riverfront land, Montrose Estate provides self-contained luxury accommodation. Sitting on the back of Mount Hutt - a world renowned skiing destination, it has breathtaking views of the Rakaia river, mountain ranges and of it's own 5 acre lake. A genuine NZ farm stay on a working sheep farm in the panoramic Lake Coleridge high country just 100kms west of Christchurch city. The Quarters sleep 8 in the main building and an additional 4 persons in 2 adjoining cabins. Beds are illustrated as Queens (in fact super-kings) but all rooms can be split to twin shares. Exclusive use to each group booking. Preference is given to larger groups at weekends.
