The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. This is our 2nd Airbnb at our same mountain top location overlooking Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. Listed as being in the top 1% of All Airbnb based on customer satisfaction. The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests.
