Our Property is located in the Village of Lake Ferry, South Wairarapa. We have 2 separate Bach's on site - Bach 1 Separate Bedroom with an open plan lounge/kitchen - Bach 2 Studio fully open plan We live on site at the rear of the property. Other points to note: (1) Internet coverage in the Bach's is limited due to the location (2) Onenz (ex Vodafone) - there is next to zero coverage in the whole village. (3) Electric Vehicles - we do ask for a koha/donation to charge your vehicle

We will also transport you to Martinborough so that you can spend the day investigating local wineries or dine at one of the town's fine restaurants.

Newly built 3 bedroom house located in Cape Palliser, in a small quiet settlement with 4 other properties. Our section is still under development. Only a 2 minute walk to the ocean across the road, which has a great diving spot with paua, crayfish, and kina. Great local fishing spots at Turners Bay & Whāngaimoana or a 30min drive to Lake Ferry. 15min drive from Pirinoa & 10min to the Ngawi township.
