The apartment is in the south of Duisburg. This means you can be in Duisburg Mitte in 8 minutes or in the center of Düsseldorf in 15 minutes by car. Also accessible by subway. e.g. the MESSE in Düsseldorf (30 minutes by subway) In addition to the beautiful kitchen, the small bathroom with a large shower, the living room with a large couch and the bedroom with a large bed, there is also a chic dining room which can also be used as a work area. Baby equipment (baby, travel cot, bathtub and chair) is also available on request. There is a playground right outside the front door and the private parking area. There is also the option to store a bicycle in the house's bicycle room.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus bieten Flugreisenden die Möglichkeit, das Fahrzeug während der Reise kostenlos zu parken. Ein nahegelegener Wald lädt zum spazieren ein. Der kleine Stadtkern mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
