This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Park in the driveway next to my van You might hear the sounds of kids playing next door. Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline. The pool closes September 19th will re-open next Summer.

Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. Come and stay a while in this charming and unique studio apartment. Located in the heart of historical Aurora, IN, you can walk to all the shops, parks and restaurants! Step out onto your private patio and enjoy your view of the Ohio River! It’s the perfect romantic getaway. We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. No neighbors! It’s not a big or fancy place but it’s clean, simple, and relaxing. The stars are brightest in the country when enjoying the fire pit. Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

Three Pines Historic Log Cabin

Three Pines is a rustic log cabin located on 17 acres with a forest view. Originally constructed in the 1790s by a Revolutionary War veteran, it was relocated to the present location in 2011, where it was reimagined with added modern conveniences. The cabin is great for history buffs and those looking for some peace and quiet in a unique setting. The cabin can be rented with our other listing, The Lodge at Three Pines, which provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and hang out space.

Gopher Wood Getaway Cabin-NEAR Ark Encounter

Located about 20 minutes from the Ark Encounter, our Gopher Wood Getaway cabin offers a rustic and picturesque place for families to stay near the Ark. Enjoy 500 sq ft of living space inside the cabin that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bunk room and full bathroom. Our cabin has heating, AC and electric over looking 84 acres of Kentucky Bluegrass. NOTE: Our cabins are truly a GETAWAY as we do NOT have any wi-fi or TV in them. Enjoy an unplugged getaway NEAR the Ark Encounter.
