Μικρή πέτρινη μεζονέτα στο παραδοσιακό και διατηρητέο Βυζαντινό χωριό 'Λιθίνες'. Βρίσκεται μόλις 8χλμ από τις πανέμορφες παραλίες της νότιας Κρήτης και 25χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο της Σητείας. Στα 276 μέτρα υψόμετρο, το ιδιαίτερα ήπιο κλίμα του χωριού προσφέρει γρήγορη ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό, δροσερό, ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και τέσσερα άτομα. Στο χωριό υπάρχουν δύο μίνι μάρκετ και δύο παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες.

There is a courtyard, with a total area of 2 acres, that has no garden and is yet to be finished, as shown in the last picture. There is just soil and no trees.
