A self-contained 1-bedroom flat with its own entrance in an Edwardian seaside villa. Close to the beach, overlooking the Marina, with a seafront stroll to the city centre. Completely refurbished in 2021 including a new kitchen and ensuite shower room, the apartment sports a fabulous sea view and a lovely vista over the nearby South Downs National Park. The flat will comfortably sleep 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom with ensuite, and on a comfy sofabed in the bright and spacious lounge.

Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.
