Perfect for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a base to explore the rolling hills & local villages, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and make lasting memories. The cottage is over 350 years old so please be mindful it is quite rustic and the staircase is steep. A starter bundle of firewood will be provided free of charge.

You can reach the phoenix trails and the ridgeway from your doorstep. You’ll reside in a cosy converted stable neighbouring cows & their calves. Outside your bedroom is a jacuzzi to relax and wind down at the end of your day. If you wish, the next morning, you can make your way next door to a charming country pub for breakfast.

Just a 10 minute walk from Haddenham mainline train station giving easy access London (40 mins) and Oxford (25 mins). Direct trains to Bicester Village take just 14 minutes.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
