Warm and cosy in the winter months with an open log fire and light and airy in the summer months with a lovely courtyard garden. Parking is free for 1 car and pets are welcome. This 1830s large townhouse in the heart of Brighton is the place to stay! Spread over 4 floors there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a sea view. 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

Refurbished in 2022 and perfect for families, groups or couples looking to be near the centre. Sea views to the master bedroom and stairway. The Roof garden is secluded and quiet and is a year round real suntrap, perfect for alfresco dining or just relaxing. The accommodation is set over 3 floors and has its own private entrance and has 2 deluxe family bathrooms plus a WC.

A lovely bright seaside house, 200m from the beach and Hove lawns. On a quiet, friendly street a very short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 10 mins walk along the seafront to the West Pier, Brighton Centre & i360. The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

Beautifully styled and steeped in history; this four-storey, two-bedroom townhouse is a hidden gem. It sits on a quiet road with the Regency Square Conservation Area - yet just seconds from the seafront and just a stroll from the centre of Brighton. Whilst this home has a cottage-feel to it; the interior is far more spacious inside than expected; and has been brilliantly designed to maximise the space and light throughout. A lovely little patio area outside for al fresco dining.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
