This centrally located home is just a short, flat 450metres to the beach and creek and less than 1km to the local shops, specialty stores, fish&chips and cafes. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

We share the backyard but we are careful to ensure that you have privacy. We are in Minerva Avenue, check map for location. We are a short drive from all beaches in the Huskisson & Vincentia area. We are "up the hill" Closest beaches are Nelson, Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches - a 2 minute drive.

My little guesthouse has been listed on Airbnb for 9 years now. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to shops/cafes/restaurants. Minutes to the beach. It boasts its own hot tub exclusively for guest use. I charge no cleaning fees which means my guests save big dollars.
