The cozy bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed accommodates up to four guests. Enjoy a private garden, ideal for dogs and on the edge of Churt village green. Within walking distance, find a village shop, an Indian restaurant, and a local pub. The vibrant towns of Farnham and Haslemere, just 10-15 minutes away.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Cosy log cabin with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. The residence has its own private front door and is set in a village location with stunning walks and cycling routes. Parking available in the drive and in the summer, outdoor seating available. Village gem of a pub, The Crown & green is 100 yards from the property and it’s a short drive to Ludshott Common, Waggoners Wells and The Devils Punchbowl. 1.5 miles or a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue Cain Manor. Easy access to the A3.

Secluded Woodland Cabin with wood-fired Hot-Tub

A cosy, private, self contained studio cabin with its own wood-fired Hot-tub, overlooking our woods. We supply the fire wood & get it hot for arrival. Cabin is well equipped, we supply a breakfast starter pack and tea & coffee, and a few treats. We are happy to help set up birthday/anniversary celebration. Small air fryer in kitchen & Gas Weber BBQ available for use. Bring your bikes, we have a cycle rack. Only 1 unit on property, you’ll be comfortably secluded & privacy is respected.

Little Oaks annexe is located in the village of Beacon Hill, Hindhead close to the well-known beauty spots of the Devil's Punch Bowl and Frensham Ponds, in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On a peaceful residential street just a few minutes walk from National Trust open spaces, we offer a quiet getaway for a break in the great outdoors. With a well equipped kitchen and good transport links, Little Oaks is also a good choice if you need to work away from home.

Farnham town centre/railway station is a 20 minute walk away. Trains to London Waterloo are just under the hour. 3 lovely pubs, namely The Bat and Ball, Spotted Cow and The Fox all within walking distance. Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds very nearby.
