We are renting out our humble apartment filled with danish and mid century design and art. It has all amenities, perfectly located for experiencing and accessing the city as a local by foot, bike, bus, metro. It’s where you want to be. It's an old historic apartment, kept with all its details and patina. Worth mentioning is the high quality king size bed and the included bicycle + bike helmet. The metro is a 12min walk away, the 🚌 3min. 113m2 living space & a large garden offer plenty of space for a family or friend group of up to 5 people 🏡🌻

Slap af med familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Træhuset har to gode soveværelser samt en udendørs shelter med to ekstra madrasser. Haven er hyggelig med en god terrasse hele vejen rundt om huset. Huset har et dejligt køkkenalrum med et stort sofaområde, spisebord samt et stort og rummeligt køkken. Der er højstol og weekendseng i huset samt lidt legetøj. I kan parkere nemt og gratis lige foran huset, og der er ikke langt ind til centrum af København fra huset enten med bil eller s-tog.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
