In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
