A stylish apartment located in a sought after conservation area. It is situated only a short walk from Dorking town centre with its independent shops, Michelin starred restaurant and traditional pubs. The apartment is a calm and peaceful place, a wonderful place to unwind, it looks out over Meadowbank park and Mill pond. Boxhill, Denbies Vineyard or Polseden Lacey are nearby. Alternatively take a trip up to London, Dorking Station is a 7 minute walk with frequent trains to Central London.

Holmwood station is close and we are 4 miles from the beautiful market town of Dorking. On-site there is secure off road parking for 2/3 cars and safe storage for bikes and outdoor equipment.
