Plenty of amenities close by with lovely village pub, village shop and church all within a few minutes walk. NOTE Cosy Christmas cabin available from the 1st December, decorated for the festive period. We can take booking beyond 3 months on request.

Airship 001 Sussex Woodland

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

The Studio - A grade II listed bothy - B&B

The Studio is surrounded by a traditional English country garden in the grounds of our Grade II listed cottage. Choose from a variety of nearby pubs & restaurants where you can enjoy liquid refreshment, lunch or an evening meal (3 of which are within walking distance). Take time out to relax in the free standing bath before, or after, a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Wake to a complimentary continental breakfast basket delivered to your door & make the most of a late morning check out.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes. Little Michaelmas is a cosy bolthole barn loft space situated on the Surrey/West Sussex border. It sits opposite the main house with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is in the heart of prime cycling, mountain biking and walking country - straight from the front door and a three minute walk to a great pub serving excellent food. Please do come and relax here and enjoy the wonderful countryside.

The Treehouse at Barrow Hill Barns

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
