Welcome to Belton Acre, a large stylish house with ample parking is nestled between the Surrey Hills and South Downs. The beautiful countryside offers fantastic walking, cycling (road and mountain trails), kayaking and fishing. The house is perfect for families, weddings, business trips and wellness retreats. There are four double bedrooms and a twin room. The house has been designed to be highly accessible for wheel chair users with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite adapted wet room.

Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views. Continental Breakfast included.

Newbridge Cottage

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Convenient for exploring the local area, with immediate access to numerous public footpaths including the Sussex Border Path and Blackdown Hill. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.

Relaxing Sofa in main space with Flatscreen TV and wifi throughout. Underfloor heating throughout. Large french windows overlooking an orchard.

Gorgeous 3 Bay Barn

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

We have lovingly refurbished the studio to create a luxurious space which we welcome you to enjoy. We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."

The Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, next to the Serpent Trail and a couple of 100 metres from the South Downs National Park. It feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, yet guests can walk to the centre of Haslemere in 30 minutes. Little Michaelmas is a cosy bolthole barn loft space situated on the Surrey/West Sussex border. It sits opposite the main house with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is in the heart of prime cycling, mountain biking and walking country - straight from the front door and a three minute walk to a great pub serving excellent food. Please do come and relax here and enjoy the wonderful countryside.
