A lovely rural annex in the beautiful village of East Brabourne, situated on the Pilgrim's Way at the foot of the North Downs. Newly decorated and furnished in 2025 with a fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the wonderful Five Bells Pub if you don’t feel like cooking. We moved to the area in 2024 and our family home and vineyard is next door, so we can be available if you need, otherwise the annex is entirely self contained with its own parking area. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts .
