It is a cosy, self contained, newly renovated annexe in 2021 with it's own private entrance and off street parking. Inside you have a sitting room with a sofa, dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen area has a hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. It has a separate bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

Woodpeckers is a private annexe attached to our house with its own entrance and private patio area with charcoal bbq. We have a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, fridge with small freezer, kettle, microwave. Tea and coffee are provided. Smart 40 inch TV in lounge with comfortable sofa/sofa bed if required. Bedroom has a kingsize ziplink bed which can be made into 2 singles if required.
