With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Welcome to Dough Cottage, Whitstable. We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, well equipped kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Make use of the charcoal barbecue and comfy sun-trap seating area. In the evening, stay cosy around the smart TV with Netflix, and library of DVDs or listen to music, play board games and have a leisurely look through the varied books and magazines. You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage in the most wonderful location - steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitstable. This fisherman’s cottage dates back to 1810, is full of period charm, and sympathetically decorated with antique, comfortable furniture. The cottage has a mature garden with side access, and is set down several steps meaning it feels nice and private. The cottage has steep stairs and some low ceilings.
