Self contained loft 1 bed sleeps up to 6 people upstairs is open planned, 1 double, 2 single & pullout mattress. Down stairs seating area with full kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, also shower-room. On request theres a choice of private king size bed en-suite with bathtub/shower. Outside sheltered sitting/eating area. Hot tub is added extra payable on arrival. kayaks available for hire with buoyancy aids, all persons must be swimmers. Delightful, listed, 250 year old thatch cottage named after the famous explorer Eduardo-Alfred Martel is famous for charting Marble Arch cave system. Local Folklore claims that Martel resided within this beautiful cottage in 1895 during his Caving adventures. Suitable for walkers, climbers & fishermen. The cottage is heated by oil and lovely range cooker. With an electric fire in the lounge. Please be aware that the cottage does not have WiFi or terrestrial tv, but has a tv and dvds.
