Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). Smart television, microwave, electric hob (no oven provided), kettle and fridge in the kitchenette area. Separate shower room with King sized bed upstairs. With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

It's ideal for exploring this wonderful part of Kent with beaches and bustling Kentish towns on our doorstep. We are only a 10 minute drive into Whitstable & Faversham & an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic city of Canterbury. Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.

The cottage is right on the North Downs/Pilgrim’s Way and is 6 miles from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. A special place. Direct beach access; wonderful views; spectacular sunsets. Beautifully converted and well equipped. A perfect retreat. A stroll from the Sportsman Restaurant, Oyster Pearl Pub and near lovely Whitstable for shops and restaurants. Perfect in summer with a safe swimming beach meters away and in winter the pleasure of of sea mist, migrating birds and walks on the shore and marshes. Afternoons with a book in front of the fire.
