The Annex at Buttons Farm

The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

This romantic hideaway in Kent has been renovated to the highest standard, accommodating all your getaway needs. Mulberry Studio is a one-bedroomed studio with a double sleigh-bed, TV/Wi-Fi, microwave combination oven, fridge and hob. It has a shower room with loo and hand-basin and a secluded patio/garden with a fire-pit/BBQ.
