It has its own private garden with amazing views, set within the grounds of our home surrounded by the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and National Trust Area. On the doorstep there are stunning coastal path walks along the White Cliffs of Dover - St. Margarets Bay beach - South Foreland Lighthouse and a national cycle route. An ideal base to explore White Cliffs Country and its surrounding areas.

Nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside lies 'Hazy Fields'. A rustic shepherds hut with private hot tub for two, located next to our wildlife enriched pond, and surrounding fields. This really is a place to relax, soak up the relaxed atmosphere, gaze up at the stars and enjoy that well deserved break away. Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

A unique rural getaway at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 8th year. and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a vineyard view. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
