This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Välkommen till en nybyggd villa på hela 220 kvm, belägen i hjärtat av Helsingborg på en nyanlagd ö – med fri utsikt över både Öresund och Danmark. Här bor du på en unik plats, där lugn och avskildhet möter närhet till restauranger, shopping och stränder. Villan erbjuder fyra sovrum fördelade på olika våningsplan. Högst upp finns en stor takterrass där du kan njuta av horisontens ständiga skiftningar. Till boendet hör även ett garage med två platser – en sällsynt förmån i stadens centrum.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Det finns kylskåp, micro, kaffebryggare och vattenkokare. Trädgårdsmöbler finns vid ingången till rummet. Egen toalett. Tillgång till dusch och tvättstuga som delas med värdparet.
