Open plan living with sleeping arrangements on the mezzanine and ground floor sofa bed. WiFi (75Mb fibre) and secure parking (24/7 outdoor CCTV) is free. Private terrace on the back.

Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

The Orchard Hut

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Welcome to our lovely hut on a 16th century farm in Kent. We are off the B2027 near Hever, Bough Beech reservoir and surrounded by beautiful footpaths for walks and local pubs for good food. We have chickens & bees; very friendly! The hut is 50m from the house but very private. We have a log burner & a fire pit/BBQ, we provide logs & fire-starters. There is no cooking in the hut.
