Many elements of the apartment design are based on Niels Bohr, guests can have a unique staying experience with the mixture modern design and historical background.

You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Welcome to my home, This is my main residence which can accommodate 2 persons max. I rent it out when I am on work travel. It is calm and sunny and I hope you will enjoy your stay here. You will have access to the whole apartment with the kitchen and all its furniture which you can use. I keep the place clean and tidy and I will make myself available to answer any questions you have during your stay.

Both bedrooms have comfy double beds (160cm / 5'3" wide). In the second bedroom there's a height-adjustable desk which works great as an office space. There's a balcony overlooking the greeneries of Folkets park.

I mitt lilla hus med stora möjligheter finns 1 sovrum på ovanvåningen. Vardagsrum med öppen spis matbord hall och kök med öppen lösning. En uteplats med trädgård helt privat. Konstnärlig inredning med en egen stil för en mysig semester. Mat affär Apoteket pub resturang tågtrafik och buss finns 2-5 minuter från huset. Väldigt bra kommunikationer till Malmö centrum Lund och Köpenhamn
