You will have use of your own double bedroom, en-suite shower room and private living room all set on your private second floor of this very large two bed two bath apartment. Your private living room comes with fridge, coffee and tea making facilities and a Welcome Hamper. Perfect for walking and relaxing in equal measure.

Beautifully modernised and extremely clean 2 double bedroom accommodation set within a shared home. Your rooms are located on the first floor and comprise of a large private bathroom, separate full kitchen, and two double bedrooms. The 1st floor landing is shared with only one other person who lives above, (mostly away on business, so you may not see him at all.) Myself and my daughter live downstairs and therefore do not go upstairs while we have guests as we highly value your privacy. :)

Tiny home at the back of our home, very quiet at night not far from train station (10 min walk) and 30min from Oxford Street via Tube and Train, you will be greeted by Host as you will have to walk through our house to the garden where your place of stay is, we have a English Springer Spaniels who are very friendly dogs so please be aware of that as they are not locked !

Also Chingford bus station. We are located close to Epping Forest with beautiful walks.
