This mini train is a hit with the little kids. Only 2 or 3 dollars. I think this ride is best during Christmas when the Zilker trail of lights are out on display because then you get to ride by and see the props.

A little miniature train that runs through Zilker Park and is also located right by a big playground that all kids love!

Zilker park has a large playground and a train for the kiddos. It loops around part of Zilker and goes under a bridge and tunnel.

The Zilker Zephyr, Zilker Park's miniature train, provides a 20-25 minute train ride around the park. This is a great way for children and adults to get a tour of Zilker Park, allowing them the perfect opportunity to see Barton Creek and Lady Bird Lake at a leisurely pace. The Zilker Zephyr miniature train leaves every hour on the hour through the week and departs every 30-40 minutes on the weekends, weather permitting.
