Highly praised by critics, Prossimo Ristorante was created by the Bausch Brothers, who also own Andolini's Pizzeria and STG Gelateria. They have a long family history from Italy and have also spent a good deal of time in Milan, Parma, and Rome. Prossimo Ristorante boasts authentic Italian cuisine and experience.
