Lovely lakeside and riverside walks with bird hides.

We enjoy a walk around the lake. It is free apart from a small fee if parking in the car park. You should see a good selection of birds as they love the reed beds. The Red Lion is nearby and is a cosy Pub (with garden).

Great for walks and bird spotting. Look out for bitterns and marsh harriers. The red lion pub in Stodmarsh does great food.
