Pizza style: traditional Neapolitan, with a wide crispy rim. Excellent organic flours for the doughs, elastic and soft thanks to the double leavening with reduced quantities of brewer's yeast, as is the custom among Naples bakers. It is no coincidence that Santarpia bread, fragrant and crunchy, is among the best prepared in Florence's pizzerias. The gluten-free pizza option is available on request. -The local imprint is never lacking in the ingredients, from anchovies from Cetara to cherry tomatoes from Corbara, from olives from Gaeta to capers from Salina.
