There are 2 good supermarkets nearby: the first is Manor, in Switzerland, the other is Carrefour in neighboring France. Food tends to be significantly cheaper in France, but you will need to limit the quantities brought across the border (ie limit on meat is 500g/person in the car).

Just one bus stop away. the LARGEST carrefour in the region and you can literally find anything you need there.
