This well kept 11.5 mi. trail starts at Elizabeth Street Ext. located in Mechanicville. and ends in Ballston Spa. It is a must for any beginner/avid walker, runner or cyclist. There are restrooms at mile 2.5 and at the Shenantaha Park. At Round Lake there is a quaint little bakery (Leah's) where you can grab a breakfast sandwich or pastry.
