Beautiful scenic seacoast walk. This walk is short, easy, scenic and unique. The adventure starts down a man-made causeway and then crosses a mini-suspension bridge and onto a wooded path. The walk is just over a mile and an ideal spot for a quick stroll.
Great walk with kids that is ever changing due to tide. Steedman Woods, while fairly small, is a great hike with the family, even the smallest of children. And if you want to go farther, continue towards the ocean on the Fisherman's Walk on the other side of 103 or away from the ocean to Lindsay Lane to the George Marshall Gallery and beyond.
Wiggly Bridge — perhaps the smallest suspension bridge in the world. The steel structure features an arced wooden deck that spans 75 feet between green towers. It bounces back and forth when you walk on it.
Fun little walk in the woods along the York River. Parking is limited, but can also park near the York Harbor Wharf.
