The one the only creator of the chicken wing. funny story. Dan's Mom was a cook at this bar when they were invented. we still make them exactly the same. cook them crisp, smear a bowl with butter, add desired amount of Franks hot sauce, cover with a plate and shake. Don't dirty another plate serve them on the won you used.
