This family owned business has two locations but the one on Kemp is the better one for a long visit. Great coffee and tasty treats. This is my daughters favorite for Daddy-Daughter dates.

We have also always loved great coffee and knew Wichita Falls had a need for another drive-thru, sit-down coffee shop. Our goal was to offer the freshest coffee in a local, warm and welcoming setting and do great things to support our city. So we decided to make our passion and dream a reality and open Frank & Joe’s Coffee House. After researching the history of the local area, Carol and Jessica quickly learned about the Kemps and the Kells. After much consideration of various possible coffee house names, they chose the name Frank & Joe’s Coffee House in honor of Franklin M. Kell and Joseph A. Kemp, two of the original entrepreneurs of the Wichita Falls area.
