Plan ahead for reso's at this gem, but doesn't hurt to check for cancellations. A seasonal farm to table menu, with option of wine pairings. Definitely a luxe experience with a matching price tag, but a meal you will never forget.

Pearl Morissette produces some of Canada's most unique wines through methods so conventional that they have become unconventional. Book a reservation and try some of the most unique dishes the Niagara Region has to offer. Oh, and their wines are amazing too!
