Our local beach! Get there early and snag a barbecue pit and picnic table. Play beach volleyball with the locals, or just go for a leisurely paddle or swim.

There are lots of great beaches on north shore, but this is one of the very few on the California side that allows you to enjoy an adult beverage while on the beach. Just be sure not to bring glass bottles. The giant granite sculpture of the lake is a well known photo-op too!

Popular 2.7 acre beach park with 540 feet of public shoreline located at the intersection of Highway 267 and Highway 28. Includes a grassy area located above the beach; shoreline access; permanent restrooms; one horseshoe pit; barbecues and picnic tables; and three beach volleyball courts. It's a busy spot, so recommend getting there early during peak season in order to get a parking spot. (25 minutes away)
