A super popular 1950s-style neighbourhood-corner-store with lunch lines often out the door. Famous for its sourdough & simple but comforting menu. I love the porchetta in a fresh-baked baguette ($14). Dinner is served on weeknights, with a daily changing menu of Mediterranean-style dishes. The evening meals are served to take away, but customers are welcome to dine in.

Best bakery. Best baristas. Best ever-changing dinner menu. The guys are genius - they source a variety of interesting local goods & make them into dream dishes of the day. Best takeaway gourmet produce for wine-time at home & fresh-off-the-press homemade pastries. Do not bypass the pillow-like, melt-in-your-mouth house-made signature cinnamon scroll. Go here!

amazing bread, people living close by have complained extensively to the council because the smells make them hungry all day. I love the toasted sandwiches and the super cool staff. They have limited edition clothing lines that you can peruse while standing in the long long lines (they are really good sandwiches) or drop by at closing to try your luck on free end of day bread (bags and bags of mouth watering bread)
