Really upscale Japanese restaurant with a modern edge, run by Food Network's Iron Chef Morimoto. Food is very good, but pricey.

$$$$$ - Omakase & other Japanese creations emerge from an Iron Chef Morimoto in a sleek, color-changing setting. Great sushi, sashimi and steak! Crazy lighting and interior design.

If you feel like splurging, I highly recommend trying out the tasting menu. Afterall, Morimoto is an Iron Chef - it's quite the culinary experience.
