Anggrek Kuring is very emphasize on Healthy Food concept, all the food are less oil & fresh, the chicken used are “kampung” chicken. It’s perfect place to dine everyday like home cooking. All food is prepared and cook upon order and no food are pre-cook for heat up. Due to this reason, customers in big group or on the rush are advised to call in advance to order. This can save the time of waiting and enjoying the fresh cooking food. Their famous signature dish is “Ayam Kampung Presto” which required more than 6 hours to prepare, marinated and cooked. We can even eat the chicken with the bone as well. Another dish is “Ayam Panggang Khas” (grill chicken) is a must try due to its tenderness and taste where all customers that had tasted it before will come back for more. The 3 different types of cooking of fish is also another recommended dish at Anggrek Kuring. Vege lovers normally will be fascinated with “karedok and gado-gado”. Another favorite dish for everyone is “Kangkung (water convolvulus ) Belacan”.
