f you do not leave here with a smile on your face you must have no pulse. Well run establishment that serves great coffee. More bounce to the ounce than other places. Safety is paramount so parents can relax. Secure lockers available. Really good value for money. Might be wise to book ahead to avoid disappointment !! Ample parking.

Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Very friendly staff, lots of equipment. During school holidays, make sure to ring ahead and find out when out of school care groups will be there so you can avoid the crowds.

What's the perfect kids' activity for a rainy day? Indoor trampolining and gymnastics! Located in the same building as Zest Fitness, parents can either pay for a casual visit to the gym and squeeze in a work out or sit and watch the kids bounce while enjoying a coffee from the onsite cafe.

If you are looking for an activity indoors for the kids this place is very popular. The kids love it. 28 minute drive to south area of Coffs Harbour.
