If you are looking for dishes from Zagreb, here’s the place to go! Try “sir i vrhnje”, “čvarci”, “purica s mlincima”, “pečena teletina s krumpirima” and “pašticada” .. and you can call yourself a local! Ah and do not forget the Sarma! If its winter and its cold, Sarma is the way to go!
