One of the best indoor swimming pools in the area. Check their website for timetables. If you're taking the kids, make sure you go for the Aqua Splash, which includes wave machines and river rapids!

The pool in Ships and castle is great. It’s not particularly big, but there is a large slide, floats, waterfalls and wave machines. This is great for children of all ages and abilities and there is a large shallow section as you enter the pool, great for little ones or less able swimmers. Changing rooms unisex and family changing rooms available. 20 minute drive
