Great award winning Blue Flag Beach, great local seafood landed in the harbour, various festivals, cobbled streets with plenty of local shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Looks idyllic with the Georgian houses along the seafront.

Weymouth beach is perfect for children. The large sandy bay slopes gradually to the sea and is safe for swimming. There are various activities including peddle boats to hire, a punch and Judy show and amazing built Sandgate structures. The harbour area is very picturesque with pubs , cafes and restaurants

Well worth a visit to its lovely harbour and wonderful fish and chips at Bennetts on the quayside. Good sandy beaches too! About 30 minutes away.
