Sidney Spit is a national park that is located just a short boat ride away.It is a great place to go for a day trip or if you are more adventurous camping spaces are available to stay overnight.

Half of Sidney Island is a Provincial Park; and a wonderful place to go for a walk. Great beaches and good swimming. A short ferry ride from the Sidney Pier it is great for a day trip or take a tent, sleeping bag and pack some food for a wonderful overnight trip!

Take a short ferry ride to Sidney Spit it is a must see while you are in Victoria - truly spectacular
