Of the 8- yes 8! coffee shops in walking distance this is my favorite. AND, I have a deal with them especially for my guests. Open in the evening they even have wine, beer and ice cream!

Friendliest coffee shop in the 'hood. Go to meet furry neighbors and relax. They serve wine in the evenings and it's right across the street.

The coffee is really good and the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos are delicious. They also serve great wines and beer too! There's tons of space, free wifi, nice little fireplace and even a computer to use.
