Visitors can go to Kalathas using the buses of Public Bus of Chania-Rethymnon that follow the routes Chania-Stavros. Kalathas is located on the peninsula of Akrotiri 14 km northeast of Chania.It is a natural bay with clear water and a small island located in the center.
